To be eligible for admission to Blessed Hands Family Care, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a need for personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Be able to live in a shared environment
- Be able to pay for the cost of care
Once you have been accepted into Blessed Hands Family Care, we will work with you to develop a care plan that meets your individual needs. This plan may include:
- Personal care assistance
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Laundry and housekeeping
- Transportation
- Activities and socialization
We also offer a variety of other services, such as:
- 24/7 staffing
- On-site medical care
- Dementia care
- Hospice care
